Unpickle (“we”, “us”) provides an operations app for hospitality venues — deliveries, daily jobs and house knowledge. This policy explains what information we collect from you and your staff, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
We use your information to run the service, keep your account secure, send you important notices about your account, and provide customer support. We don't sell your data.
We share data with the service providers who help us run Unpickle — hosting, storage, invoice scanning and payments — under agreements that limit what they can do with it. We share data with law enforcement only when we're legally required to.
We keep your shop's data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Managers can export or delete shop data directly from account settings, or by emailing us.
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use cookies for advertising.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to your shop's data is restricted to your account and the staff you invite. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
Unpickle is a workplace tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or inside the app before they take effect.
