By creating an account or using Unpickle, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up a shop, on behalf of that shop.
Unpickle is an operations app for hospitality venues covering deliveries, daily jobs and house knowledge. Managers set up shops and invite staff; staff complete tasks and check deliveries assigned to them.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Managers are responsible for the staff they invite and for the accuracy of the shop information they enter.
Use Unpickle for your shop's operations, not to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or disrupt the service for other customers. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
You own the deliveries, invoices, tasks, photos and knowledge base articles you put into Unpickle. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you.
Unpickle — the app, its design and its underlying software — belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of that to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.
We aim to keep Unpickle running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to pause the service for maintenance.
Unpickle is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or inside the app before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
